Tutorial Tuesday; Pride Inspired the B in LGBTQ

Hey, guys! you’re witnessing the birth of a new (possible) day of content! That I conveniently posted on the wrong day…  I want to get myself more comfortable with doing tutorials and makeup related things, since I’ve been getting evidently really, really into it. I’ve been coming up with looks left and right and this is one of my favorites. At the time of writing, I’ve worn this one 3 times this week when ordinarily I do whole new looks for my ‘me’ looks that don’t tie in with challenges. I almost never revisit looks. So, that’s a miracle and calls for a tutorial.

This one very well may be basic, I did just learn that I can literally use my face as a pallet and mix shadow colors on my face. I don’t know how I forgot color theory, but I did. It was a game changer! I was dipping in to every color, where now I need every other color. I feel so bad that I had no idea!

For this tutorial, I used the James Charles x Morphe Pallette, Mac Paint Pot in Soft Ochre, Too Faced 3 in 1 spray, Eyelure Accents, and BH Cosmetic Brushes.

In that last picture please excuse my weird blotchy cheek! I was playing with yellow blush for my Pikachu look for my Starter Pokemon Challenge… Guess I didn’t wash it off. It’s okay, though! I don’t think it’s too noticable, but just enough to apologize for.

I know to people who do makeup all the time, this look is so, so basic, but I was really proud of it and I hope you like it too. This might be an ongoing thing, or maybe just when I’m proud- who knows? I wanted to have fun, and share it with you! Also, go check out Skokey Glow on youtube, she was the inspiration for this naming!
